New Orleans Medical Mission Services Foundation, Inc.

We donate medical services including direct medical interventions, medical equipment, supplies and instruments to qualified organizations in foreign countries. The Foundation is staffed by volunteers. Effective April 23, 2001, the Foundation was classified by the IRS as a charitable organization described in section 501 (c) (3) and is further classified as a 509 (a) (2) “Public Charity.”

Mission Statement

We serve the underprivileged peoples of foreign countries by providing medical expertise, treatment, services, education, equipment, and supplies. We elevate the dignity and self-esteem of recipients and participants.

What's Happening Now

June 21, 2008: The 2008 Mission Possible Gala, Generations Hall. Patron Party begins at 7pm; Gala will be held from 8 to 11pm. If you would like to volunteer and/or donate food, beverages, auction items, please contact Simone Bruni, Gala Chairperson, at 504.908.8833.

The Gala Auction is now on-line! Click here to go to the auction page where you can see a preview of items for the auction, donate items for the auction, see our sponsors, and more! This year for the first time we will combine an on-line auction with the live auction at the Gala. Check it out.

June 21, 2008: At the Gala you will have an opportunity to buy raffle tickets for the ring pictured below. It is a 2ct oval emerald set in 14k white gold accented by twelve 0.6pt diamonds VSI G color. The estimated replacement value is $3,800. Price for the raffle tickets: one ticket for $2.00 or three tickets for $5.00.
